decided to stay in the USA. We have chosen the “port” of Key Largo for our "Cruz"
because of the easy access either by flying into the Miami airport or driving to the northern Keys. Also, the Mariner’s Resort Villas and Marina is an exceptional resort with
rave reviews, and the list of possible “excursions” is amazing.

Click on the link above for descriptions of suggested excursions. **The Pink Bus To Key West and the Shopping in South Beach excursions are group excursions that must be purchased from us, and are not included in the package price. You can reserve your space on either or both of these when you book your room. Space is limited.

Mariner's Resort Villas & Marina
The Mariner's Resort Villas & Marina is a gated, oceanfront resort community featuring luxurious town homes and villas that surround a stunning marina that opens directly into the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The Resort has everything you expect on your “Cruz” to the Keys, including tennis courts, romantic footbridge, hammocks, bbq grills, full service marina, walking pier to the edge of the ocean, fitness center, and a list of “shore excursions”
for everyone.

Set amidst coconut palms, bougainvillea and mangrove trees and surrounded by powder white sands, the 7,800-square foot, oceanfront lagoon-styled pool is the largest resort pool in the Florida Keys, has dual zero-entries, and a Jacuzzi. Designed to replicate an underwater diving or snorkeling experience, the Coral Jacuzzi Grotto is simply the perfect place to escape. Nestled between the lush, tropical gardens and heated clubhouse pool, the Jacuzzi maintains a constant temperature of 102°F, the ideal environment to unwind after a vigorous workout or full day of fishing.

The lower level of the clubhouse is home to a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring a Cybex multiplex machine, true cardio equipment and free weights. Enjoy sports or entertainment on two televisions and surround sound audio system.

For the avid golfer, what could be better than playing 18 in paradise? Located in nearby Marathon, Sombrero Golf and Country Club is one of the few exclusive private country clubs in the Florida Keys. Mariner’s Resort guests may enjoy the same elite amenities as Sombrero Club members.

This “Cruz” allows you to BYOB and keep it in your room in addition to enjoying the complimentary Silver Coast wine. And with your kitchen, you can fix sandwiches for lunch or have your friends over for a party. If you prefer not to cook, the Mandalay Restaurant and Tiki Bar offers an extensive menu and daily specials such as Conch Chowder, Crab Cake, the famous “Lazy Days” preparation of fresh fish or chicken, steaks, pasta, and a variety of fresh seafood to include Mahi, Grouper, Yellowtail, Scallops, Shrimp, and Florida Lobster.
